What is the Canvas 26-27 renewal campaign?
The renewal campaign is designed for current residents who want to stay at Canvas next year. In other words, it’s not a campaign for new students, but for those who are already part of the community and want to repeat the best year of their lives.
Renewing allows you to:
- Secure accommodation for the 26-27 academic year at your Canvas Hall of Residence
- Maintain your environment: same building, same communal areas, same ambience
- Access to a number of exclusive benefits for renewing within the deadlines
Exclusive benefits for renewing (according to deadlines)
This year we’re offering a package of progressive benefits for those who renew before certain dates. You can get benefits of different kinds, for example:
- Two nights’ free at any Canvas Hall of Residence in Spain
- Five free laundry vouchers
- Two nights’ free for friends/relatives at the hall of residence
- Exclusive Canvas merchandising
All benefits are subject to availability and campaign terms and conditions, which will be explained in detail at reception.
Key dates by hall of residence
The renewal campaign has a different duration depending on the hall of residence:
- Canvas Pamplona
- Campaign active until 28 February.
- Renewing early is key if you want to keep your room or room type.

- Campaign active until 31 March.

- Campaign active until 31 March.
Although the deadlines change, the logic is the same: the earlier you renew, the more benefits you can enjoy.
Where do I renew?
The campaign is in house, i.e. it’s managed directly at the Canvas halls of residence:
- You can’t renew online.
- No prices or economic conditions are shared on the blog or in external communications.
- All information about amounts, conditions and specific steps is given at reception.
How should you proceed?
If you’re a Canvas resident, register on our resident portal. Check your email and you’ll find all the information and steps to take.
Come to the reception of your Canvas hall of residence.
Please tell them that you’d like information about the 26-27 renewal campaign.
The reception team will explain:
- Deadlines and benefit brackets
- Specific conditions of your contract for the next academic year
- Availability of rooms and change options (if you want a different type of room)
If you decide to renew, they’ll tell you the steps to follow (documentation, deadlines, etc.).
