Canvas Living is open to anyone looking for a well-designed home within a community of young professionals, as well as people in transition who value flexibility and comfort. Our apartments are suitable for both longer stays and short-term accommodation, including periods of renovation, work projects, or other temporary housing needs.

Contracts are open-ended. The lease includes a nine-month non-termination period from the start date, followed by a three-month notice period. This means that the minimum rental period is 12 months.

You may give notice during the non-termination period, but the tenancy cannot end until the nine-month non-termination period and the subsequent three-month notice period have expired.

If you give notice after the non-termination period has expired, the notice period is the running month plus three months.

Yes. CPR registration is possible when living with us. Each studio allows registration for up to two personal addresses. CPR registration is mandatory when living in Denmark, as it is required for access to healthcare, banking, tax matters, and salary payments.

Available studios are listed on our website and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply, complete the online application form and upload the required documents. Our team will review your application and get back to you by email within a few working days. If approved, you will receive a contract to sign. If no studios are available, you can join the interest list.

You will need a valid copy of your passport and either an employment contract or your last three payslips to document financial stability.

Yes. Applications may be rejected if the eligibility requirements are not met.
