It covers potential damages and is returned in full at the end of your tenancy, provided the property is in good condition and all lease terms have been fulfilled.

At Canvas student residences, tenancy agreements run for 12 months and renew automatically, giving you long-term stability in your student accommodation. If your plans change, simply give one month's written notice. Your notice period starts from the date we receive your registered letter, act of commissioner of justice, or hand-delivered notice.
