3 WAYS TO SECURE YOUR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH CLEARING

    (Opens in a new tab)

Many universities guarantee first-year students accommodation through clearing. Check your uni's website or online portal as your first stop - they'll point you in the right direction.

Your university's accommodation team can recommend private providers like Canvas. They'll help you explore all available options, including properties close to campus.

Once you've confirmed your course, you can book directly with us. Choose your city, pick your room type, and get ready to start your Canvas story. It's that simple. Give our team a call on our clearing line: +44 (0) 2071 979 673.

PLANS CHANGE. YOUR ROOM CAN TOO.

Book with Canvas now and switch your room, property or city if your plans change. If your university, course, visa, budget or friendship group changes, we will help you switch to another available Canvas room, property or city with no admin fee. Subject to availability - T&Cs apply.

Yes - Canvas has rooms available across 9 UK cities specifically for students coming through clearing. Availability can move fast, so we'd recommend securing your room as soon as your course place is confirmed. Give our team a call on our clearing line: +44 (0) 2071 979 673.

Plans change - and your room can too. If your university, course, visa, budget or friendship group changes before move-in, we'll help you switch to another available Canvas room, property or city with no admin fee. Subject to availability - T&Cs apply.

Think about what matters most before booking:

    • How far do you want to be from campus?
    • Do you want an en-suite room or your own studio?
    • Are social spaces and a community important to you?
    • What's your weekly budget?

All Canvas rooms come fully furnished with all bills included - Wi-Fi, utilities and access to communal amenities. No hidden costs, no chasing housemates for bill payments.

All Canvas UK properties include a gym, study spaces, social areas and 24/7 on-site team support. Many also include a cinema room, rooftop terrace, karaoke room, private dining room or courtyard - check your chosen property for the full list.

We offer a variety of tenancy options to suit you – from semester stays, to 44 week and full year contracts, our team will help you find the right fit.
