Canvas Student is the organiser of this Promotion, which consists of awarding gift cards under the terms and conditions set out below.
2. Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of this Promotion is to encourage existing residents to refer new residents through a referral programme.
Under this Promotion, Canvas Student offers:
• A €100 gift card to the existing resident (the "Referring Resident") for each new resident who successfully signs a tenancy agreement with Canvas Student.
• A €100 gift card to the new resident (the "Referred Resident") upon signing their tenancy agreement.
The Promotion shall only apply once the Referred Resident has signed their tenancy agreement and successfully completed the check-in process in accordance with the terms of that agreement.
This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Definitions
Referring Resident (the person making the referral)
The Referring Resident must:
• Be an active Canvas Student resident with a valid tenancy agreement.
• Have made a new room booking, paid the required advance payment, signed the tenancy agreement, and be registered for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum stay of six (6) months.
• Have informed the local residence team in writing of the referral before the referred friend's booking has been confirmed.
Referred Resident (new resident / referred friend)
The Referred Resident must:
• Have made a new room booking at a Canvas Student residence, paid the required advance payment, and signed a tenancy agreement for the 2026/27 academic year for a minimum stay of six (6) months.
• Not have previously lived in any residence managed by Canvas Student.
• Not have booked through an agent, university partnership, or any other institutional referral channel.
3. Territorial Scope and Promotion Period
This Promotion is valid only at the following Canvas Student residences in Spain:
• Canvas Student Valencia Burjassot – Carrer Benieu, 4, Pobles del Nord, 46100 Burjassot, Valencia
• Canvas Student Salamanca Luna – C. Fernando Población, 2-22, 37007 Salamanca
• Canvas Student Pamplona Plazaola – C. Mari Abrego, 1, 31006 Pamplona, Navarra
• Canvas Student Sabadell Llac – Carrer del Pare Rodés, 26, 08208 Sabadell, Barcelona

The Promotion will run from 1 June 2026 until 31 October 2026 (both dates inclusive). Canvas Student reserves the right to amend or extend the Promotion period.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To benefit from this Promotion, participants must meet all the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5. How the Promotion Works
Once Canvas Student has verified that the Referred Resident has signed the tenancy agreement and completed the check-in process, the referral will be validated.
Following successful validation, both the Referring Resident and the Referred Resident will each receive a €100 gift card.
6. Promotion Limitations
This Promotion may not be combined with any other campaign or promotional offer unless expressly authorised by Canvas Student.
Canvas Student reserves the right to limit the number of rewards that may be earned by any individual Referring Resident.
7. Personal Data Protection
Any personal data collected by Canvas Student in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for the administration of the Promotion and the management of the tenancy relationship. Such data will not be used for any other purpose unless the participant has expressly consented to receiving marketing communications and/or to sharing their personal data with other companies within the Greystar Group.
Canvas Student reserves the right to request additional personal information from participants where necessary for the proper administration of the Promotion, including, without limitation, a full postal address, telephone number, personal identification number, or any other information reasonably required.
Participants warrant that all personal information provided during and after the Promotion is accurate and complete.
Canvas Student confirms that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and security of participants' personal data.
8. Amendments to the Promotion Terms
Canvas Student reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time where such amendments contribute to the proper operation of the Promotion, including, without limitation, extending the Promotion period and/or introducing additional benefits.
9. Limitation of Liability
Canvas Student shall not be liable for delays or any other consequences attributable to third parties affecting the operation of the Promotion.
Should the Promotion be unable to proceed due to fraud, technical or technological failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances affecting its normal operation, Canvas Student reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or cancel the Promotion.
Canvas Student shall also not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion.

11. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
Participation in this Promotion constitutes full and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Participants agree to comply with all applicable requirements in order to qualify for and receive the Promotion.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with their provisions and, where applicable, Spanish law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, Spain, and participants expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
