Finishing and furniture
All apartments are finished with wall covering, flooring, window blinds and picture rails. The furniture pack varies per apartment type, but always includes a queen size bed, desk and desk chair, dining area, kitchen and lighting. The specific furniture pack charge amount is specified in the rental contract.
Recoverable service costs
Service charges are advances for recoverable costs for services and utilities such as: electricity, water, heating and internet of your apartment, utilities common areas, cleaning common areas, security, maintenance, parcel locker service and landscaping. These advances are settled annually, based on actual incurred usage/costs.
