Application Terms

Eligibility Conditions
To qualify, tenants must:
- Submit a complete application meeting selection criteria
- Sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 2 months before the offer deadline
- Pay the discounted deposit and first month’s rent
- Be a new tenant or a tenant changing apartments within the residence (offer not valid for lease renewals without a change of unit).
