THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is BAF OPCO, with its registered office in CRS VALMY PARIS LA DEFENSE, 92000 Nanterre (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Organizer is the operator of the Canvas Bordeaux Docks residence and the holder of the Canvas trademark.
The Organizer is represented by its agent Acteva Residences.
TERMS
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer concerning this Promotion. Any prior oral or written statements not expressly included in these Terms shall have no effect. By participating in this Promotion, the Resident agrees to be bound by these Terms.
OFFER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Promotion is to offer the Resident a discount of up to 10% per month for a lease of up to 12 months.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on 1st of June 2026 and ends on 10th July 2026.
To benefit from the Offer, the Resident must meet all eligibility conditions outlined in Section 6 before the Closing Date.
Applications received after the Closing Date or failing to meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
OFFER CONDITIONS
Eligible Residents will benefit from a monthly discount of up to 10%, depending on the typology reserved, as follows:
The discount applied each month corresponds to the rate applicable to the selected typology.
The exact discount amount granted to the Resident will be clearly stated on their Eligibility Certificate.
The discount indicated on the Eligibility Certificate is the discount applicable at the moment the Resident submits their application.
The discount applies to the base rent and service charges as stated in the signed lease.
The discount will be automatically deducted each month and will appear on the periodic invoice.
The offer is applicable for a maximum duration of 12 months.
The concession will be applied only after eligibility is validated.
This offer does not apply to additional fees, including but not limited to cleaning services and parking rental.
To qualify, the Resident must have paid all previously due rent in full.
The Offer is subject to availability.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who meet the following conditions (“Eligibility Criteria”):
I. Have signed a complete lease agreement with the Organizer, with a minimum stay of 2 months and up to 12 months, before the Closing Date, and have provided all required documentation.
II. Have paid the required deposit and first month’s rent.
III. Must be a new Resident; the Offer is not valid for current tenants.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline applications that do not meet referencing or eligibility requirements.
PARTICIPATING PROPERTY
This Offer applies exclusively to Canvas Bordeaux Docks. No other Canvas properties are included.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Promotion is subject to availability.
DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the Promotion, the Resident agrees that their personal data may be used by the Organizer for the management of the Offer.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Offer if the Resident does not comply with these Terms.
The Organizer may modify or cancel the Promotion without prior notice in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control. Any modification or cancellation will be communicated to the Resident and posted on the website canvas-france.com.
The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
This Promotion is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
