1. THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer is ST OUEN OPCO, with its registered office at 11 Cours Valmy, 92977 Paris La Défense Cedex (the "Organizer").
The Organizer is the operator of the Canvas residences and the owner of the Canvas trademark.
The Organizer is represented by its agent, Acteva Residences.
2. TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer concerning this Promotion. Any prior oral or written statements not expressly included in these Terms shall have no effect.
By participating in this Promotion, the Resident acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms.
3. OFFER DESCRIPTION
Under this Promotion, eligible Residents will receive a 5% monthly discount on the base rent and service charges for the duration of their lease, for a maximum period of 12 months, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms.
The Resident's eligibility for the Promotion and the applicable discount will be confirmed in a Certificate of Eligibility, which is annexed to and forms an integral part of the Resident's lease agreement.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on 9 July 2026 and ends on 22 July 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
To qualify for the Promotion, the Resident must satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 6 before the end of the Promotion Period.
Applications received after the Promotion Period, or that do not meet the eligibility requirements, will not qualify for the Promotion.
5. OFFER CONDITIONS
Eligible Residents will benefit from a 5% monthly discount on the base rent and service charges specified in their signed lease agreement.
The discount:
applies for a maximum duration of 12 months;
is confirmed by the Certificate of Eligibility annexed to the Resident's lease agreement;
will be automatically deducted from the monthly rent invoice;
applies only after the Resident's eligibility has been validated by the Organizer;
does not apply to additional charges or optional services, including but not limited to cleaning services, parking, or any other ancillary fees;
is subject to room availability.
To benefit from the Promotion, the Resident must have paid all amounts due, including the security deposit and the first month's rent.
6. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:
Have signed a complete lease agreement before 22 July 2026, for a minimum stay of 2 months and a maximum stay of 12 months, and have provided all required supporting documentation.
Have a lease commencement date no later than:
9 October 2026 for Canvas Paris Blue Residence A; or
11 September 2026 for Canvas Paris Blue Residence B.
Have paid the required security deposit and first month's rent.
Are new Residents. This Promotion is not available to existing Residents or lease renewals.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application that does not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the applicable referencing requirements.
7. PARTICIPATING PROPERTIES
This Promotion applies exclusively to:
Canvas Paris Blue Residence A
Canvas Paris Blue Residence B
No other Canvas properties are eligible for this Promotion.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promotion is subject to availability.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any inability to grant the Promotion resulting from incomplete applications, inaccurate information provided by the Resident, failure to meet the eligibility criteria, or circumstances beyond the Organizer's reasonable control.
9. DATA PROTECTION
By participating in this Promotion, the Resident agrees that their personal data may be processed by the Organizer for the administration and management of the Promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion if the Resident fails to comply with these Terms or if it is subsequently determined that the eligibility conditions were not met.
The Organizer may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such amendment or cancellation will be communicated to Residents and published on canvas-france.com.
The Promotion is personal to the eligible Resident, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris.
