THE ORGANIZER

The organizer is GEPE LILO OpCo, a general partnership registered in Paris under number 979 663 952, with registered office at 9 Rue Saint-Georges, 75009 Paris. The Organizer owns the Canvas La Défense building and the Canvas trademark (the “Organizer”). The Organizer is represented by its agent Acteva Residences.

TERMS

These terms (“Terms”) constitute the full agreement between the Resident and the Organizer for this promotion. Any prior oral or written statements not expressly included here have no effect. By participating, the Resident agrees to these Terms.

OFFER DESCRIPTION

The promotion provides a 25% monthly rent discount and a €50 gift card for booking a minimum 1-month stay at Canvas La Défense by a current or past resident of Canvas Student UK and NL.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion runs from July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025 (the “Closing Date”). The Resident must meet all eligibility requirements before the Closing Date. Applications received after or not meeting eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

OFFER CONDITIONS

  • 25% discount applies to monthly rent for stays of at least one month up to 12 months.
  • €50 gift card provided once contract signed and first month’s rent paid.
  • Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
  • Limited to one use per resident or former resident.
  • Offer subject to availability.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to current or former residents of Canvas Student UK and NL who:

  1. Have booked and signed a complete lease of minimum one month at Canvas La Défense before the Closing Date.
  2. Have paid required deposit and first month’s rent.

PARTICIPATING PROPERTY

Offer applies exclusively to Canvas La Défense.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to availability.

DATA PROTECTION

By participating, Resident consents to Organizer using personal data to manage the offer.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Organizer may cancel offer if Resident criteria not met.
  2. Organizer may modify/cancel promotion without notice in case of force majeure or events beyond its control. Any changes will be communicated to Resident and posted on canvas-france.com.
  3. Offer non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  4. Promotion governed by French law. Paris courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
