Canvas Copenhagen – One-Month Deposit Offer Terms

The Promoter

The promoter is Greystar Denmark ApS 45519783 C/O Apex Fund Service (Denmark) ApS Hörmarken 2, 2., 3520 Farum, Denmark (“Canvas” or the “Promoter”).

The Offer

Eligible residents may enter into a new tenancy agreement at a participating Canvas Denmark property with a security deposit equal to one month’s contractual rent.

At Canvas Denmark, this replaces the standard deposit of two months’ rent.

The offer only reduces the security deposit. Monthly rent, prepaid rent, utilities, fees and all other amounts payable under the tenancy agreement remain unchanged.

Promotion Period

The offer is available for eligible tenancy agreements signed between 23 November 2026 and 31 January 2027.

The tenancy must commence no later than 1 February 2027.

Canvas may close the offer earlier if the allocated number of apartments has been reserved.

Participating Properties

The offer applies to selected apartments and studios at:

• Canvas Living Copenhagen
• Canvas Student Frederiksberg
• Canvas Student Amager
• Canvas Student Nordhavn

Only apartments and studios expressly identified as eligible by Canvas are included. The number of homes available under the offer may therefore differ from the total availability displayed on the Canvas website.

Eligibility

To qualify, the applicant must:

• Apply for an eligible apartment or studio during the promotion period.
• Sign a new tenancy agreement before the closing date.
• Meet Canvas’ standard application, identification and approval requirements.
• Pay all required amounts by the deadlines stated in the tenancy agreement.
• Move in no later than 1 February 2027.

Canvas Living

The offer applies to new residents signing an eligible tenancy agreement for a selected apartment type at Canvas Living Copenhagen.

Canvas Student

The offer applies exclusively to new long-term residents signing a tenancy agreement on Canvas’ standard terms: a nine-month non-termination period followed by three months’ notice.

The offer does not apply to:

• Exchange student contracts offered on shorter 4+3 or 3+3 terms.
• Institutional or B2B agreements.
• Existing tenancy agreements, renewals or transfers.
• Tenancy agreements signed before the promotion started.

Applications and Availability

The offer is subject to limited availability and is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

Submitting an application does not reserve an apartment or studio, guarantee approval or confirm eligibility for the reduced deposit. The offer only applies once the applicant has received written confirmation from Canvas and signed an eligible tenancy agreement.

General Conditions

• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, a rent reduction or another benefit.
• The offer cannot be combined with another promotion unless Canvas confirms otherwise in writing.
• The reduced deposit remains subject to the deposit provisions in the tenancy agreement and applicable Danish law.
• If costs chargeable to the resident exceed the deposit, the resident remains liable for the outstanding amount.
• If the tenancy agreement is cancelled, terminated or not completed, eligibility for the offer may be withdrawn.
• Canvas reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary. This will not affect tenancy agreements already signed under the offer.
• The tenancy agreement takes precedence in the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the tenancy agreement.
• These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes will be handled by the competent Danish authority or court.
