1. THE ORGANIZER
The Organizer is GEPE LILO OPCO SNC, registered under number FR97966395200013, with its registered office at 9 Rue Saint-Georges, 75009 Paris (the "Organizer").
The Organizer is the owner of the Canvas La Défense building and the holder of the Canvas trademark. The Organizer is represented by its agent, Acteva Residences.
2. TERMS
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer concerning this Promotion. Any prior oral or written statements not expressly included in these Terms shall have no effect.
By participating in this Promotion, the Resident agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. OFFER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Promotion is to offer eligible Residents enrolled at IÉSEG School of Management, for leases of 2 to 12 months:
- a waiver of the application fees;
- a €200 discount on the first full month's rent.
For information purposes only, application fees are estimated at approximately €300 for a 20 m² accommodation located in a high-demand rental area, subject to the characteristics of the accommodation and applicable legal limits.
Each discount is subject to apartment availability and, where applicable, its respective availability limit. Once the maximum number of eligible lease agreements for an Apartment category subject to a limit has been reached, the Promotion for that category will automatically end, even if this occurs before the Closing Date.
To benefit from the Promotion, the Resident must meet all Eligibility Criteria set out in Section 5, including being enrolled at IÉSEG School of Management.
4. OFFER CONDITIONS
Eligible Residents will benefit from the Promotion as follows:
- The €200 discount will be applied once, as a reduction on the first full month's rent agreed in the signed lease.
- The discount will be automatically deducted from the amount payable and will appear on the Resident's first monthly invoice.
- The discount and the waiver of the application fees will be applied once eligibility has been validated.
- This Offer does not apply to additional fees, including but not limited to cleaning services, parking rental, or any optional services.
- To benefit from the Offer, the Resident must have paid all amounts due under the lease, including the required deposit and first month's rent.
- This Promotion is subject to apartment availability.
5. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
I. Be enrolled at IÉSEG School of Management for the 2026/2027 academic year and provide proof of enrolment (student card or certificate of enrolment).
II. Sign a complete lease agreement with the Organizer for an eligible apartment, for a stay of between 2 and 12 months, and provide all required documentation.
III. Pay the required security deposit and first month's rent.
IV. Be a new Resident. This Promotion is not available to existing Residents renewing or extending their current tenancy.
V. Meet all other requirements of these Terms in order to benefit from the Promotion.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application that does not satisfy its referencing or eligibility requirements.
6. PARTICIPATING PROPERTY
This Promotion applies exclusively to Canvas La Défense and cannot be transferred to any other Canvas residence.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Promotion is subject to apartment availability.
8. DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the Promotion, the Resident agrees that their personal data may be processed by the Organizer solely for the administration of this Promotion, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the Promotion where the eligibility criteria or these Terms are not met.
The Organizer may amend or withdraw this Promotion without prior notice in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any amendments or cancellation will be communicated to Residents and published on canvas-france.com.
This Promotion is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising in connection with this Promotion shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
