THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is BAF OPCO, with its registered office at CRS Valmy, Paris La Défense, 92000 Nanterre, France (the "Organizer").
The Organizer is the operator of the Canvas Bordeaux Docks residence and is represented by its management agent, Acteva Residences.
TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Promotion and constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer in relation to this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, the Resident accepts these Terms.
OFFER DESCRIPTION
Eligible new Residents will receive:
A one-off €500 discount on their first month's rent, to help make moving into Canvas Bordeaux Docks easier; and
A 20% discount on the monthly rent and service charges the duration of their initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months, for Bronze Studios only, subject to these Terms.
A 10% discount on the monthly rent and service charges the duration of their initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months, for all other apartments excluding Bronze Studios, subject to these Terms.
The 20% discount Promotion is limited to the first twenty-five (25) eligible lease agreements that satisfy all of the conditions set out in these Terms.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion is valid for new lease agreements signed between 24 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
To qualify for the Promotion, the lease agreement must be signed between 24 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive), and the lease start date must be be on or before 30 September 2026.
Applications or lease agreements completed before 24 July 2026 or after 31 August 2026 will not be eligible.
OFFER CONDITIONS
ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS WILL RECEIVE:
A ONE-OFF €500 DISCOUNT ON THEIR FIRST MONTH'S RENT. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE RESIDENT'S FIRST RENTAL INVOICE.
BRONZE STUDIOS:
A 20% discount on the monthly rent and service charges stated in their signed lease agreement.
The 20% discount will be applied automatically each month and will appear on the Resident's monthly invoice.
The 20% discount applies for the duration of the initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months.
The 20% discount applies exclusively to Bronze Studio apartments.
This Promotion is limited to the first twenty-five (25) eligible lease agreements completed during the Promotion Period. Once this limit has been reached, the Promotion will automatically end, even if this occurs before 31 August 2026.
All other apartments excluding Bronze Studios
A 10% discount on the monthly rent and service charges stated in their signed lease agreement.
The 10% discount will be applied automatically each month and will appear on the Resident's monthly invoice.
The 10% discount applies for the duration of the initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months.
The 10% discount applies to all other apartments excluding Bronze Studio apartments.
The Promotion applies only after the Resident has met all eligibility requirements.
The Promotion does not apply to optional or additional services, including but not limited to parking, cleaning services, administration fees, damages, penalties or any other ancillary charges.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or commercial concession unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organizer.
The Promotion is subject to room availability.
ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
I. Have signed a complete lease agreement for Canvas Bordeaux Docks between 24 July 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
II. Have a lease start date on or before 30 September 2026.
III. Have booked an initial lease with a minimum duration of 2 months.
IV. Have submitted all required supporting documentation.
V. Have paid the required security deposit (where applicable) and the first month's rent in accordance with the lease agreement.
VI. Are new Residents. The Promotion is not available to existing Residents renewing or extending their stay.
VII. Meet the Organizer's standard booking, referencing and eligibility requirements.
VIII. For the 20% discount, Be among the first twenty-five (25) eligible Residents to complete all of the Promotion requirements during the Promotion Period.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse any application that does not satisfy its referencing or eligibility requirements.
PARTICIPATING PROPERTY
This Promotion applies exclusively to Canvas Bordeaux Docks. No other Canvas residence is included.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promotion is subject to availability.
The Organizer shall not be liable where it is unable to fulfil the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including events of force majeure as recognised under French law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under French law.
The Organizer shall not be liable if the Promotion becomes unavailable because the maximum number of twenty-five (25) eligible leases has been reached before the Closing Date.
DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the Promotion, the Resident agrees that their personal data may be processed by the Organizer solely for the administration of the Promotion and the management of their booking, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR and French data protection laws.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion before a Resident has qualified for it where necessary due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Residents who have already met all eligibility requirements before any such modification or withdrawal will retain the benefit of the Promotion.
The Promotion is personal to the eligible Resident, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Consumers retain all rights available to them under French consumer law, including the right to refer the matter to the competent courts and, where applicable, to an authorised consumer mediation scheme.
