The Organizer
The organizer is LORMONT OPCO, with its registered office at 11 Cours Valmy, Tour Pacific, 92000 Nanterre, France (the "Organizer").
The Organizer is the operator of the Canvas Bordeaux East residence and is represented by its management agent, Acteva Residences.
Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Promotion and constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer in relation to this Promotion.
By participating in the Promotion, the Resident accepts these Terms.
Offer Description
Subject to these Terms, eligible new Residents will receive:
A one-off €500 discount on their first entire month's rent;
A 15% discount on monthly rent for Bronze studios, or a 10% discount on monthly rent for all other eligible room categories, for the duration of the initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months; and
No application fees for the eligible booking.
Promotion Period
The Promotion is valid for new lease agreements signed between 19 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
To qualify for the Promotion, the lease agreement must be signed between 19 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive), and the lease start date must be on or before 30 September 2026.
Applications or lease agreements completed before 19 August 2026 or after 31 August 2026 will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Offer Conditions
€500 Discount on the First Entire Month's Rent
Eligible Residents will receive a one-off €500 discount on their first entire month's rent.
The €500 discount will be deducted from the Resident's first invoice corresponding to an entire month's rent.
Monthly Rent Discount
Residents booking an eligible Bronze studio will receive a 15% discount on their monthly rent for the duration of their initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months.
Residents booking any other eligible room category will receive a 10% discount on their monthly rent for the duration of their initial lease, up to a maximum of 12 consecutive months.
The applicable 15% or 10% discount will be applied automatically each month and will appear on the Resident's monthly invoice.
The applicable discount will be determined by the room category stated in the Resident's signed lease agreement.
Application Fees
Eligible Residents will pay no application fees in connection with their qualifying booking.
For information purposes, application fees typically correspond to an average amount of approximately €300 for a 20 m² accommodation located in a zone tendue (high-demand rental area). This amount is provided for indicative purposes only and may vary depending on the accommodation and applicable legal limits.
General Offer Conditions
The Promotion applies only once the Resident has met the applicable eligibility requirements set out in these Terms.
The Promotion does not apply to optional or additional services or charges, including but not limited to parking, cleaning services, damages, penalties or other ancillary charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or commercial concession unless expressly agreed in writing by the Organizer.
The Promotion and individual room categories are subject to availability.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
I. Have signed a complete lease agreement for Canvas Bordeaux East between 19 August 2026 and 31 August 2026 (inclusive).
II. Have a lease start date on or before 30 September 2026.
III. Have booked an initial lease with a minimum duration of 2 months.
IV. Have submitted all required supporting documentation.
V. Have paid the required security deposit (where applicable) and any amounts due in accordance with the lease agreement.
VI. Are new Residents. The Promotion is not available to existing Residents renewing or extending their stay.
VII. Meet the Organizer's standard booking, referencing and eligibility requirements.
Participating Property
This Promotion applies exclusively to Canvas Bordeaux East. No other Canvas residence is included.
Limitation of Liability
The Promotion is subject to availability.
The Organizer shall not be liable where it is unable to fulfil the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including events of force majeure as recognised under French law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to consumers under French law.
Data Protection
Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion may be processed by the Organizer for the administration of the Promotion and management of the Resident's booking, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French data protection laws.
General Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Promotion before a Resident has qualified for it where necessary due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Residents who have already met all applicable eligibility requirements before any such modification or withdrawal will retain the benefit of the Promotion for which they have qualified.
The Promotion is personal to the eligible Resident, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
The €500 discount on the first entire month's rent has no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded or exchanged for any alternative benefit.
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Consumers retain all rights available to them under French consumer law, including the right to refer the matter to the competent courts and, where applicable, to an authorised consumer mediation scheme.
