1. THE ORGANIZER
The organizer is GEPE II EDISON OpCo A, represented by its agent Acteva Résidences Services SAS, whose registered office is located at 176 Avenue Charles de Gaulle, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
The Organizer is the owner of the Canvas Toulouse Labège residence and the holder of the Canvas trademark (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
2. TERMS
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between the Resident and the Organizer concerning this Promotion. Any prior oral or written statements not expressly included in these Terms shall have no effect.
By participating in this Promotion, the Resident agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. OFFER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this Promotion is to offer eligible Residents who book accommodation at Canvas Toulouse Labège during the Promotion Period:
€200 off their first full month's rent; and
Zero application fees.
For information purposes only, application fees are estimated at approximately €300 for a 20 m² accommodation located in a high-demand rental area, subject to the characteristics of the accommodation and applicable legal limits.
To benefit from the Promotion, the Resident must meet all Eligibility Criteria set out in Section 6, including moving into Canvas Toulouse Labège on or before 11 September 2026.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on 21 August 2026 and ends on 8 September 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
To benefit from the Offer, the Resident must complete their booking and meet all applicable Eligibility Criteria outlined in Section 6 within the Promotion Period.
Applications received after 8 September 2026, or applications that do not meet the Eligibility Criteria, will not qualify for the Promotion.
5. OFFER CONDITIONS
Eligible Residents will receive a €200 discount on their first full month's rent under their signed lease agreement.
For the purposes of this Promotion, the "first full month's rent" means the first complete calendar month of the tenancy for which a full month's rent is payable. Any prorated rent payable for a partial month at the beginning of the tenancy will not be considered the first full month's rent for the purposes of this Offer.
The €200 discount will be automatically deducted from the Resident's first full month's rent and will appear on the applicable invoice.
Eligible Residents will also benefit from zero application fees.
For information purposes only, application fees are estimated at approximately €300 for a 20 m² accommodation located in a high-demand rental area, subject to the characteristics of the accommodation and applicable legal limits.
The application fee waiver will be applied once the Resident's eligibility for the Promotion has been validated.
The €200 rent discount applies only to the first full month's rent and does not apply to any prorated rent, subsequent monthly rent payments, additional charges, or optional services.
The Offer does not apply to any additional charges or optional services, including but not limited to cleaning services, parking space rental, or other optional services.
To qualify for the Offer, the Resident must have paid all required amounts due under their booking and lease agreement, including the required security deposit and any rent due, subject to the application of the €200 discount to the first full month's rent.
The Offer is subject to accommodation availability.
6. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions (the "Eligibility Criteria"):
I. Have completed their booking and signed a complete lease agreement with the Organizer between 21 August 2026 and 8 September 2026 inclusive, and have provided all required documentation.
II. Have paid the required security deposit and all applicable rent due in accordance with the lease agreement and the terms of this Promotion.
III. Move into Canvas Toulouse Labège on or before 11 September 2026.
IV. Be a new Resident. This Offer is not valid for current Residents or lease renewals without a change of accommodation.
The Organizer reserves the right to decline applications that fail to meet referencing, documentation, payment, or other eligibility requirements.
7. PARTICIPATING PROPERTY
This Offer is exclusively applicable to Canvas Toulouse Labège, located at 221 Avenue La Tolosane, 31670 Labège, France.
No other Canvas residence is included in this Promotion.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This Promotion is subject to accommodation availability.
The Organizer shall not be liable where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from being fulfilled.
9. DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the Promotion, the Resident agrees that their personal data may be used by the Organizer for the administration and management of the Offer, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
10. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or refuse the Offer if the Resident does not comply with these Terms.
The Organizer may modify or cancel this Promotion without prior notice in cases of force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control. Any modification of these Terms or cancellation of the Promotion will be communicated to Residents and published on the Organizer's website, canvas-france.com.
This Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organizer.
This Promotion is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Toulouse shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable under French law.
